Funky Fads is a startup jewelry brand founded by Shelby Brachmann in Winnetka, IL, specializing in bold, one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate individuality. Since 2018, Funky Fads has offered handcrafted abstract jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings.

Shelby’s passion for jewelry-making began in 8th grade when she started creating pieces to complement her eccentric style. Throughout high school, Funky Fads evolved from a small passion project into a growing brand. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business expanded online through Depop and Etsy, allowing more people to discover and shop Funky Fads.
